Today, I gave a presentation as a group representative in a joint presentation with three classes. Last Friday, I was chosen during our class presentation. I was very unhappy when I heard my name because I am not good at speaking in front of many people. I felt nervous just thinking about standing on the stage. After we were chosen, our teacher gave us some advice and points to improve. Based on that feedback, we added more details to our presentation and practiced many times. I tried my best to remember what to say and how to speak clearly. On the day of the presentation, I was extremely nervous. My heart was beating fast, and my hands were shaking a little. During the presentation, I was so tense that I don’t remember much about what I said. I only remember trying hard not to make mistakes. After that, I listened to the other representatives’ presentations. They were all very confident and well prepared, so I started to worry. I thought our presentation might not be good enough, and I felt anxious. However, when the results were announced, our group won first place by voting. I was so happy that I made a fist pump without thinking. We received an Amazon gift card as a prize. I felt proud of our hard work and glad that I didn’t give up, even though I was scared.

As an adult at the age of 40, I have a full schedule every day. If you ask me what I am lack of most, the answer is definitely time. I hope a day can be more than 24 hours to do more things, but as the midnight comes, my eyelids begin to fight. I really want to read more English articles, but go to sleep is the only choice. Staying up late may be one of my hobbies. During most time, I am eager to improve myself. However, sometimes, I face some hardships needed to overcome. In that case, stress comes. I need to quickly figure out the problems. So, I found a great way to reduce stress. I drive my car to a peaceful place, then I enjoy the songs on my list one by one. The stress fades with the fantastic tunes. So, listening to music in my car is my another hobbies. All my bobbies are related to improve myself to be better. I love my life, everything will be better in future!
